I was gifted a portrait session with artwork. What do I need to do next?Congratulations on being selected a complimentary portrait experience with artwork! To claim your session and artwork, please book your session via the link provided in your initial notice. You have 5 days from your initial notice to select a session date, but dates can be scheduled up to 90 days in advance.

When will we be able to view the portraits?You will be able to view your portraits about 1-2 weeks after your session. This gives us the time to edit them before revealing them to you.

How long is the portrait session?Our portrait sessions typically last around 45 minutes.

Where is the studio located?We have two studios, one in Florida and the other in Connecticut. Their addresses are as follows: Florida (Near Orlando) - 237 Lookout Pl, Maitland, FL 32751 Connecticut - 255 Norwich Ave, Colchester, CT 06415

What do I wear?We suggest wearing classical, formal attire, such as dresses or suits, but if you do not own or have access to formal attire, we can also permit less formal attire, as long as it is classical. I don't own or typically wear formal attire. How can I comply with the wardrobe requirements?We suggest renting formal attire locally, but if this is not an option, we can permit less formal attire as long as it is classical. Do you have gowns and tuxedos for my kids?Yes, we have a selection of designer couture gowns and tuxedos available for children to use during their portrait session.

Can my immediate family members participate in the photoshoot?Yes, immediate family members are welcome to participate in the portrait session.

Are there any fees?We charge a $30 shipping and handling fee for your artwork so you don't have to come back to the studio to pick it up.

Why do you charge a refundable retainer?We charge a refundable retainer to ensure that you remain committed to coming for your portrait and reveal sessions, just as we are committed to providing you with high-quality portraits.

When is the retainer refunded?The retainer is refunded (minus the shipping fee) within five business days after the reveal session.

What if I need to reschedule?A 14-day notice is requested to reschedule your portrait session

What material are the portraits made of?Gifted portraits are a fine art textured print. The majority of our clients upgrade to a museum quality canvas.

What are the frames made of?Our frames are made of hand-carved wood.

What kinds of products do you sell?We specialize in museum-quality wall art for your home. Our portraits are available in sizes ranging from 10" to 72". We offer packages with digitals, and we also sell digital packages separately.
